You require access to SCI-Diabetes to use the above screens.  

Staff associated with a general practice requiring access to their own practice domain within SCI-Diabetes should contact their practice SCI-Diabetes administrator who can provide access.  All practices should have a nominated administrator for SCI-Diabetes. There is a user guide on creating accounts in practice. If practices require support to do this please contact laura.middleton3@nhs.scot
